Whether you need a local ride, helping family, or supporting a friend’s with disabilities, our experienced team treats every ride with care and respect.  You can book our services 24 hours a day via our Google, send us a quick email, or call us directly for faster service.

1. Driver Screening and Background Checks

  • Criminal background check (updated weekly)

  • Driving record check (motor vehicle reports)

  • Proof of valid driver’s license

  • Proof of insurance (company must verify coverage)

2. Vehicle Standards

  • Mandatory vehicle inspections (every 6–12 months)

  • Vehicle age limit (e.g., no cars older than 10 years)

  • Cleanliness standards

  • Emergency equipment required (first aid kit, fire extinguisher)

3. Insurance Requirements

  • Company-provided commercial insurance while rides are active

  • Additional umbrella insurance (for catastrophic events)

  • Clear explanation to drivers and passengers when personal insurance vs company insurance applies

4. In-App Safety Features

  • Emergency button (call 911)

  • Ride-tracking (GPS)

  • Share-my-ride feature (we do not share your data)

  • In-ride audio or video recording 

5. Driver and Rider Conduct Policies

  • Zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, harassment, and violence

  • Dress code for drivers (casual & professionalism)

  • Rider behavior policy (no violence, threats, vandalism, etc.)

6. Terms of Service and Waivers

  • Riders agree to terms before using the service

  • Drivers sign detailed contracts acknowledging risks and responsibilities

  • Mandatory arbitration clause 

7. Incident Reporting System

  • Easy in-app or hotline reporting system

  • Dedicated team to handle safety complaints fast

8. Training for Drivers

  • Mandatory onboarding and periodic refresher courses

  • Emergency protocols (e.g., what to do in an accident, when to refuse a ride)

9. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Limit data sharing only to what’s necessary
